Kindred Earth Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Kindred Earth piece. As each item is carefully handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture and finish are part of its individual character.

Change of Mind
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on made-to-order, personalised or custom pieces.

For eligible in-stock items, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged in transit, faulty or you have received the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs so we can assist you.

Sale & Archive Items
Unless faulty, items marked as final sale or from our Archive Collection cannot be returned or exchanged.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where an item has a major fault or does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as provided by law.
