Are your pieces handmade?
Yes. Every Kindred Earth piece is individually handcrafted in regional Victoria, Australia. Each item is poured, sanded and finished by hand in small batches.

Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Because every piece is handcrafted, no two are exactly alike. Subtle variations in colour, texture and tiny air bubbles are natural characteristics of the material and are part of what makes each piece unique.

What are your products made from?
Our homewares are created using a premium water-based acrylic composite that combines a reactive mineral base with an acrylic resin. The result is a durable, stone-like finish with a refined, contemporary appearance.

Are your products eco-friendly?
Our water-based acrylic composite is solvent-free and produced with sustainability in mind. We also create in small batches to reduce waste and encourage mindful, lasting purchases.

Can your trays and bowls be used for food?
No. Kindred Earth pieces are designed for decorative use only and are not intended for direct food or drink contact.

How do I care for my piece?
Simply wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners and prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight. Handle with care to preserve the handcrafted finish.

Are your candles handmade?
Yes. Every candle is hand-poured in small batches using premium soy wax and carefully selected fragrance oils.

How do I use the botanical diffuser flowers?
Add a few drops of your favourite essential oil directly onto the porous flower. The flower will naturally absorb and slowly diffuse the fragrance. Reapply as desired, taking care not to over-saturate.

Are your pieces made to order?
Many of our pieces are made to order, while others are available in limited quantities. Each product listing will clearly state its availability.

How long will my order take?
Made-to-order pieces are typically dispatched within the timeframe shown on the product page. Ready-made items are usually shipped within 2–3 business days.

Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. We ship throughout Australia using tracked postage. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns on eligible items in accordance with our Returns Policy. As many of our pieces are handcrafted or made to order, some exclusions apply. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.

Can I request a custom colour or design?
We welcome custom enquiries where possible. If you have something specific in mind, please get in touch and we’ll let you know if it’s something we can create.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Selected products are beautifully packaged and suitable for gifting. If gift wrapping becomes available, it will be noted on the product page.
